What is Lagree?
Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout performed on a specialized machine called the Miniformer. It blends core strength, endurance, cardio, balance, and flexibility into one efficient, full-body workout. Expect slow, controlled movements designed to sculpt, shake, and transform.
What’s the difference between Lagree and Pilates?
While both focus on core strength and controlled movement, Lagree is more intense and athletic. It uses time under tension, resistance, and continuous transitions to keep your muscles working—and shaking—for maximum results. Think of it as Pilates’ stronger, sweatier cousin.
What is a Miniformer?
The Miniformer is the sleek, compact version of the Megaformer, designed by Sebastien Lagree. It’s perfect for boutique spaces and delivers the same signature burn Lagree is known for—just with a smaller footprint and quicker transitions.
Is Lagree beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! Our instructors are trained to offer modifications and guidance to support every fitness level. Whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth, you’ll feel challenged, safe, and supported.
How long are classes?
Classes are 50 minutes long. You’ll work hard, move with purpose, and be out the door in under an hour—stronger, sweatier, and totally recharged.

What is the cancellation policy?
To avoid a fee, we ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before class time. Late cancels and no-shows may result in a class credit deduction or fee, depending on your membership type.
Can I take class if I’m pregnant or postpartum?
Yes—with clearance from your doctor. Our instructors can provide pregnancy-safe modifications, but it’s essential to communicate any conditions or needs before class begins.
