At Pulse Fitness Studio, our team brings experience, energy, and heart to every session. Rooted in the Lagree method, each of our instructors is dedicated to guiding you with intention — helping you build strength, improve form, and unlock your full potential.

Abby Payson

Founder & Instructor

Abby is a lifelong dancer, beauty industry pro, and passionate instructor who founded Pulse to create a space where women feel strong, supported, and inspired through movement.

Heather Grimm

Instructor

Heather is a certified Pilates instructor and new mom who blends her background in dance, body alignment, and mindful movement to help clients feel strong, confident, and connected in their bodies.

Toni Perilli

Instructor

Toni brings over 25 years of fitness passion, from dance to CrossFit. A business owner and mom of two, she’s all about powerful workouts, community, and the perfect playlist.

Steph Ramos

Instructor

With over six years of cycling experience, Steph leads high-energy, music-driven classes that are equal parts sweaty, empowering, and fun. Expect nonstop motivation and feel-good vibes.

Fallon Santiago

Instructor

Fallon combines dance, cheer, and sculpt training to deliver upbeat, form-focused workouts that challenge and uplift. Her playlists slap, and her core burners are legendary.

Stephanie Spielholz

Instructor

Stephanie has been teaching group fitness for over a decade and is obsessed with Lagree. Her classes are energetic, empowering, and filled with music, strength, and plenty of good vibes.

Karam Alkhalil

Instructor

With a background in boxing and strength training, Karam brings next-level focus and discipline to the Megaformer. His classes are built around clean form, serious core work, and quiet intensity that pushes you to level up.

Danielle Shaffery

Instructor

Danielle is a creative force with unstoppable energy. With roots in celebrity magazines, she now channels her eye for detail and love of storytelling into every fitness session—helping others push past limits, get stronger, and have fun.

Alyssa Fisher

Instructor

Alyssa Fisher is a lifelong performer with a BFA in dance and Pilates certification from Rutgers. She directs her own nonprofit for arts, yoga, and fitness, and shares wellness and motherhood tips on her YouTube channel, @dreamingofthefarm. Alyssa’s high-energy classes blend strength, confidence, and fun. She’s excited to join Abby’s team!

Victoria Driver

Instructor

Victoria fell in love with Lagree in 2019 and has been sharing that passion as an instructor in NYC since 2021. Her classes combine energetic playlists and supportive coaching to help everyone feel strong and included.
