Alyssa Fisher

Instructor

Alyssa Fisher has been a mover and shaker her entire life performing since she was born. Alyssa has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in dance and a pilates certification from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. She is Artistic Director of her own 501c3 not for profit arts education, yoga and fitness organization. She is creator of her own YouTube channel @dreamingofthefarm where she loves to share health and fitness from home, as well as motherhood

Recent fitness and dance teaching credentials include Renaissance Pilates, The Atlantic Club, Barre & Soul, DSN & Kean University. She served on the Executive Board of DANCE NJ and is a certified dance/drama teacher via the NJDOE. Her class is a great high energy vibe where we learn to laugh at ourselves while getting strong mentally and physically. So excited to be apart of Abby’s team.

With a background in boxing and strength training, Karam brings next-level focus and discipline to the Megaformer. His classes are built around clean form, serious core work, and quiet intensity that pushes you to level up.

Stephanie has been teaching group fitness for over a decade and is obsessed with Lagree. Her classes are energetic, empowering, and filled with music, strength, and plenty of good vibes.

Fallon Santiago

Fallon combines dance, cheer, and sculpt training to deliver upbeat, form-focused workouts that challenge and uplift. Her playlists slap, and her core burners are legendary.
